How does FaithGateway Rewards work?

Start earning rewards points on all your purchases with our Rewards Program. To join, simply create a FaithGateway account or click here to get started. Once you’ve signed up, you will start earning points on all your FaithGateway purchases.

For each purchase you make, you’ll earn 1 point per dollar spent, which you can redeem in increments of $5, $10, or $20 on future purchases — just log in to your FaithGateway account when checking out to have access to your points. Points expire after a year of inactivity, so the more often you shop, the longer you'll be able to hold onto your points!

Can I get points for my previous orders?

Every customer receives rewards points automatically*. Points are awarded for each purchase at the time your order ships out.

You can log in here to see your points. If you haven't created an account yet, you can create an account here to see your existing account and point balance — just remember to use the same email you used to purchase!

  • Please note: Only purchases after 3/22/2022 have been automatically attributed to customer accounts and qualify for rewards points.

When do my rewards points expire?

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.

Where do I log in to view my reward points and tier status?

To check the balance of your points and tier status navigate to the rewards page here.

How do I apply my FaithGateway reward points to an order?

When you're placing an order, you'll be able to apply your rewards points directly during checkout under the order summary section! Just make sure you're logged in first to see and use your points at checkout.

When redeeming points, minimum purchases do apply.

  • When redeeming 75 points ($5), you must spend at least $10 before applying your points.
  • When redeeming 150 points ($10), you must spend at least $15 before applying your points.
  • When redeeming 300 points ($20), you must spend at least $25 before applying your points.

Can I return my order if I redeemed reward points for a discount?

If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your account!

Can I use a promo code and rewards points on a purchase?

Since rewards points act as a promo code, you cannot combine both in the same order. The good news is that you will be earning rewards on all orders, so you can save with a promo code on one order, earn rewards and then use those points on the next order!

What perks do I get with FaithGateway Rewards?

The more you spend, the more exclusive perks you unlock, including double point days, a higher point earning rate per dollar, free shipping (excl. AK and HI), and more! You can see our rewards breakdown here.

How does the referral program work?

Share your link with friends and get discounts when they shop! For every friend you refer who places their first order through your referral link, they'll get $5 off an order of $40 or more (before shipping and taxes), and you'll get $5 worth of FaithGateway reward points to apply on your next order.

How do I apply and use a referral discount?

If you've been referred by a friend: Click their referral link to receive a unique discount code. Copy the discount code that pops up when the page loads. Then, apply that discount during checkout for your $5 discount. Please note: your order must total at least $40 before taxes and shipping in order for the discount to apply.

If you've referred a friend: Once they complete their first order, you'll get an email confirming your $5 reward has been added to your account, which you can check on by logging in here!

To use your referral reward: On your next order, you can apply your points in checkout via a drop down on the cart page.

 Please note: We cannot retroactively apply referral discounts to previous orders.

How do I find and share my referral link?

First, log into your FaithGateway account here! If you don't have an account yet, you can create one here.

Visit the rewards page here and follow the directions to share your referral link with your friends via email – that's it! Friends must purchase their items through the direct link provided to them to receive referral benefits. Once the order is complete, a notification will be sent via email providing referral reward points.

Our customer service team can always share your referral link info as well, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

Please note: Self-referrals are not allowed; referred friends must be first-time customers; restrictions apply, see Terms of Service here for details.

How long does my tier status last?

Once you make a tier status, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you unlocked it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!

What is the Rewards video library?

The Rewards video library is an exclusive perk for rewards members of FaithGateway. It is a library of video content from leading Bible teachers that you can watch, listen, or download any time in partnership with our friends at Study Gateway.  To learn more click here.
